It's done

Madison's room is done! Chad finished painting it this morning and I finished decorating it while she was at school this afternoon. She was so surprised when she got home and saw it! It looks great and Chad did an awesome job!

What a week

I have to start by saying I have a great hubby, he really stepped up this week when I needed him the most! I have been fighting a sinus infection for over a month, I feel bad for a few days, then I start to feel better...then it seems to hit again. Tuesday morning I woke up with a headache....not a great way to start the day, by Tuesday evening it hurt so bad above my right eye I wouldn't keep my eyes open. Maddy has swimming lessons on Tuesday nights, so luckily Chad took her, T & I hung out at home. I didn't get much sleep that night, either did Chad. He called the on-call doctor around 11, to see what I could take to make me feel better. I was told to take some Suddafed, and call back in an hr if it didn't help, then they would want to see me. I ended up sleeping for a few hrs, but by 5, it was hurting again, Chad was threatening to take me to the ER, but I wanted to wait for the doctors office to open. Chad ended up staying home from work to take care of me and help with the kids. I called all the daycare parents and told them that I was taking the day off. I think I slept till it was time for my doctors appointment. Rose came over to stay with the kids, & off to the doctor we went. They ended up putting me on an antibiotic, and told me if I wasn't feeling any better in the next few days they would want me on a steroid also. But I'm happy to say I'm starting to feel much better! Now I have to get caught up on housework and laundry! I'm also hoping to get Chad to start working on Mads room....9 more weeks till we get to meet our baby boy!!!! I go back to the doctor next week for my 32 wk appointment, I hope to update then, but no promises there, next week is going to be a CRAZY busy week for the Kleins!

Projects

Well Chad has been busy painting lately. We decided it was time for us to invest in a new dining room table, so while we were waiting for the new one, Chad opened his mouth and said he needed a project....bad idea:-) He painted the dining room, and then last night we picked up our new table. Our dining room looks awesome! We are still waiting on the bench, we should have it in 2-3 weeks, we will be able to set 6 at our new counter height table...which we will be nice!

Tanner's room was the next. Bye bye yellow girlish room, hello Cardinals room! Chad did a great job, T says his room is awesome! It looks so much better. He also got a new mattress and box spring. We found some new stuff to hang on the walls, I can't wait to get the crib set up, but Maddy's room is next to get painted, so her bed will be moved to T's room for a few days.

Madison helped me pick the colors for her room. She is going to have a lime green wall, then the rest are going to be pink with a lime green stripe. She didn't want a baby room, so now with the lamp she picked out, her room is going to glow! I'm hoping we can get her bed moved to T's room tonight, so we can start prepping her room tomorrow night. It is going to take a few days to paint her room, so I am anxious for Chad to get started!

After her room is done, then we will only have the living room and hallway left. When all the painting is done, then we will be ready to finish getting things ready for the baby! We have 9 weeks left & I still have some stuff to get ready and more stuff to buy! Can't wait!!
